By accessing or using AeroNote ("AeroNote", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
You agree not to misuse AeroNote, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, uploading unlawful or infringing content, interfering with the service's operation, or using the service for any purpose other than logging your own drone gig and flight activity.
AeroNote and its underlying software, design, branding, and content are the property of AeroNote and its licensors. You retain ownership of the flight logs, gear data, and content you submit, but grant us a license to process it solely to provide the service to you.
AeroNote is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service and are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or issues arising from use of the service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Purchases and subscriptions made through AeroNote are subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms, in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to AeroNote at our discretion, including for violation of these terms. You may cancel a subscription at any time; ordinary cancellation stops renewal and paid access remains available through the current billing period. Deleting your account cancels active billing immediately before deletion.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of AeroNote after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
